helpful staff thorough housekeeping convenient access
the staff was very helpful with directions and luggage. the room was clean upon arrival and i found daily housekeeping to be very thorough. i appreciated the free unlimited packaged drinking water available. the tram stop was a short walk providing convenient access to major attractions.
i could hear early morning prayers due to the hotel's proximity to a mosque.

the reception staff assisted with luggage storage after checkout, a service. i found very helpful. the team provided clear directions to local restaurants and tourist spots, showing dedication and commitment to the guest experience, very appreciable.

golden horn helpful staff
the rooftop breakfast was something special, i remember it. that golden horn view added such a romantic touch to each morning. the staff was also so kind and helpful, they catered for my needs always with a smile.
the prayers from the nearby mosque could be heard each morning, this sometimes disrupted my sleep.

the location allowed very easy access to public transportation. the breakfast each morning offered a lovely view from the rooftop, i found it quite beautiful.

lovely hotel with amazing staff
early access prompt communication amazing view
i had a really great time at this hotel! the staff accommodated me with early access to my room because my flight got rescheduled. their communication was prompt and the answers were kind. also the top floor had a amazing view.
I noticed the gym equipment looked old and worn. Some of the treadmills could use an upgrade. it's a shame because everything else felt so new.

the room was very spacious and perfectly clean. there was fresh linen on arrival and i was actually surprised about this. the air conditioning worked well and was quiet throughout the night, this was great.

the location is amazing and all main attractions are at walking distance. i found the fairy terminal to be just a short walk from the hotel, about six minutes! i also really liked how easy it was to find restaurants close by.

Fantastic Stay with AMAZING Staff!
helpful staff breakfast view roof access
I loved the staff's attentiveness. They were helpful and friendly. The breakfast team, receptionists Yashar and Resul, and bellboys Mahmaud and Muhamed deserve special mention. The breakfast view was lovely from the fourth floor. It made each morning GREAT. I appreciated how close the hotel was to the water and the roof access for even better views!

The Beautiful Double Room was generously sized and included a cozy sitting area. It had all needed essentials and comfortable beds, in my opinion. It was clean and well maintained for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is very close to the water with easy access. It is near the Galata Bridge and Galata Tower for easy sightseeing. It is also in a quiet area, away from the main tourist crowds.

The hotel's location is great for exploring the city. bus and tramway stations are nearby. the ferry port is also close. breakfast was great. It included a nice view of the city.
Some noise from other guests was audible at night. This was slightly disruptive

The hotel is near the galata bridge and the new marina. the galata tower is also accessible, though uphill. cabs conveniently drop guests near the hotel. This makes it a very accessible location.

the location was fantastic. i loved how close it was to the metro station. the staff was very friendly and cute..
people arriving in the night were too noisy. i could hear them showering and talking in the hall. from midnight to 3 a.m., it was like sleeping in a hostel..
